What we build, and what we refuse to say
Lano Hub is a software product for reading public market documents. The limits below are part of the product, not a disclaimer bolted on at the end.
Our story
Lano Hub started from a plain observation: the filing that moves a stock is published in the middle of the day, and most people meet it hours later inside someone else's summary. The primary document is public, free, and long.
We built a tool that reads those documents and the price history around them, then shows what changed since the last one. It links to the passage it read. It does not offer a view on where a price should go, because that is not something the document tells you.
We are not an investment adviser and we do not give personalised advice. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, we do not manage money. Nothing on this site, and nothing the model produces, is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
We are a small software company based in Poplarville, MS. We do not publish the names or biographies of the people who build the product, and we make no claims about their backgrounds — the methodology page is where the work can be judged.
Three operating principles
-
Every output shows its sources
Each figure points back to the filing, announcement or price series it came from. If we cannot trace it, it does not go on the page.
-
We don't tell you what to buy
The tool shows what changed and why it might matter. Whether to act, how much, and when, stays with you.
-
We publish what the model gets wrong
The ways the model fails are written on the methodology page rather than left out, and we publish no claims we cannot evidence.
